Every session starts with an assessment. We look at how you move, what you train, where you work, and where the tension is actually sitting. Then we build the session around what we find, using sports massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point techniques.

A growing share of the 1,400+ sessions through this studio are Sheffield clients: runners, climbers, five-a-side players, and desk workers who worked out that 15 minutes down the Parkway beats hunting for parking near a city clinic. You park at the door for free, you're seen on time, and evening slots run until 9pm.

Straight Down the Parkway,
Free Parking at the Door

The studio is at Manor Farm, 6 Front Street, Treeton, S60 5QP, the first village off the Sheffield Parkway (A630) heading out of town. From the city centre allow 15 to 20 minutes; you're driving against the commuter flow in the evening, so after-work appointments are usually quicker than crossing the city.

From Handsworth, Darnall, Woodhouse, Mosborough, or Crystal Peaks it's around 10 minutes. Waverley is on the doorstep, under 5. There's free parking directly outside, a heated memory foam treatment table inside, and appointments running until 9pm on weekdays.
