Treatments Built
for Performance

Every session at HH Massage Therapy is sports and deep tissue focused as standard. There are no relaxation packages here. Real results require real pressure.

30 Minutes

Area Focused

Thirty minutes on the area giving you trouble. Deep pressure, no wasted time on anything that doesn't need it.

Post-TrainingSingle AreaMaintenance
Post-TrainingSingle AreaMaintenance

Best For

  • Post-training recovery flush on legs, glutes, or shoulders
  • A tight area needing attention between longer sessions
  • Regular maintenance when you're already on top of recovery
  • Pre-event preparation on a specific muscle group
  • Athletes who train frequently and need targeted upkeep

What Happens

I go straight to work. No time wasted on areas that don't need treatment. You come in with a specific problem, calves locked up after a run or shoulders seized from training, and I work that area with the depth and precision it needs.

45 Minutes

Area Focused

More time, more depth. Two areas covered properly, or one worked until it actually releases.

Best For

  • Desk workers with upper back and neck tension
  • Athletes managing recurring tightness in two areas
  • Post-event treatment when you need coverage across two regions
  • Anyone mid-training block needing specific recovery
  • Clients who know their body and have a clear target

What Happens

I use the first few minutes to find where the tension is sitting, then work through it properly. Not rushed. Not a quick pass. Done right, a 45-minute session leaves you noticeably different to how you arrived.

Most Popular

Full Body MOT

The most popular session for good reason. A full assessment, then an hour of deep tissue work across the whole body.

Full AssessmentFirst-TimersMonthly Maintenance

Best For

  • First-time clients who want a thorough initial assessment
  • Athletes in regular training who need full-body maintenance
  • Office workers with multiple areas of tension
  • Anyone wanting a complete picture of their postural health
  • Monthly maintenance clients

What Happens

Good for athletes and non-athletes alike. I start with a quick assessment, checking your posture, where you're holding tension, and what your training or work schedule has looked like. From there I build the session around what I actually find. You leave knowing exactly what was worked and why.

90 Minutes

Full Body Reset

The full reset. An hour and a half of uninterrupted deep tissue work for athletes in heavy training, or anyone who's been running on empty for too long.

Peak TrainingComplex PatternsFull Reset

Best For

  • Athletes in peak training phases or post-competition
  • Clients with complex, multi-area tension patterns
  • Anyone who has been neglecting recovery and needs a proper reset
  • High-performance professionals who invest in recovery like training
  • Preparation for or return from a significant event

What Happens

A full intake and postural assessment before I begin. Then ninety minutes of uninterrupted deep tissue work across the whole body. I find the compensatory patterns, address where the tension is actually coming from rather than where it shows up, and finish with a clear picture of what ongoing maintenance should look like.

If it's your first visit, book the 60-minute Full Body MOT. It gives me enough time to assess properly and still deliver real treatment. If you already know your body and have a specific area to address, the 30 or 45-minute Area Focused works well for maintenance.
No. The techniques I use are sports-derived, but they work equally well for desk workers, people in manual jobs, and anyone carrying chronic tension. Athletic techniques simply mean better results, regardless of what caused the tension.
Most active clients benefit from a session every 2–4 weeks. Desk workers in chronic pain often come weekly for the first month, then monthly for maintenance. I'll advise you based on what I find in your first session.
Deep tissue work can be uncomfortable in tense areas. That's the muscle releasing. I work within your tolerance and communicate throughout. The pressure is always purposeful and always adjusted to you. Post-session soreness for 24-48 hours is normal and a sign the treatment worked.
Drink water before your session. Avoid heavy training immediately before. After your session, hydrate well and avoid intense exercise for 12–24 hours to let the muscles respond. I'll send you full aftercare notes after your first appointment.
